Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.
Shipping rates (U.S. only), based on your order total:
- Under $15: $7.50
- $15 to $24.99: $8.50
- $25 to $34.99: $11.50
- $35 and over: FREE
Free local delivery: Customers in Lake County, Ohio qualify for free local delivery. Enter your address at checkout and, if you're in our delivery area, the local delivery option will appear. If it doesn't show up for your address, email us at info@concordsoapcompany.com and we'll take care of you. Please add your phone number at checkout so we can text you about your delivery.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@concordsoapcompany.com and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
