Custom Orders
Planning an event, a wedding, or a gift for a group? We take a limited number of custom orders, made by hand in small batches in Concord, Ohio.
What we can do
- Scents: Choose from the scents we have on hand, including some not listed on our website. Ask us what's available, or tell us what you're looking for.
- Labels: We can change the name, color scheme, tagline or logo, and add a date for your event. Our ingredient list and business information always stay on the label.
- Packaging colors: Choose from the organza bag colors we have. If you'd like a color we don't carry, ask and we'll check on availability.
- Larger quantities: We can make more than we stock on the website.
What we can't do
- Scents we don't have on hand, or changes to our soap recipes.
- Rush orders for soap.
Timing
- In stock: Items we already have ready, including soap in the scents on hand, take up to 2 weeks. A mixed order from what's in stock counts here.
- Made to order: Soap in a scent we don't have in stock takes 6 weeks, because it needs time to cure. Other items take up to 2 weeks, and rush orders on items other than soap may be possible depending on timing, so ask.
- Custom labels may add a few days.
- Contact us as early as you can for events and holidays.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the items and quantity. The more you order, the lower the price per item. Custom labels have a one-time fee of $25 per design. Minimum order: $100, and at least 12 of each item when labels or colors are customized. We'll include all of this in your quote.
